a/stir is a restaurant, bar and event space, established October 2023 (taking over the former Capitol Cider business, which was formed in 2012).
We are an gay-owned and operated business, serving 100% GF contemporary American fare with northern Mediterranean influences. Upstairs, we offer a 75-person dining room, and downstairs a 125- person bar/event space.
