Owners Ana Espinoza and her husband Augustin Carbajal and their family have been wrapping tamales using the same recipe since 1967. Since it opened in 2017, locals have raved about A&A Cafe Tamaleria’s perfectly soft masa and deliciously seasoned fillings. Not sure what you like? You can try a wide array of tamales including standard meat tamales, vegetarian tamales, and even a selection of sweet fruity tamales (pineapple and mango)!
