A&A Cafe Tamaleria
Owners Ana Espinoza and her husband Augustin Carbajal and their family have been wrapping tamales using the same recipe since 1967. Since it opened in 2017, locals have raved about A&A Cafe Tamaleria’s perfectly soft masa and deliciously seasoned fillings. Not sure what you like? You can try a wide array of tamales including standard meat tamales, vegetarian tamales, and even a selection of sweet fruity tamales (pineapple and mango)! Be sure to complete your order with sides of cilantro lime rice and Peruvian beans.
