Husband-wife duo Ajay Panicker and Ramya Balachandran opened their first Indian eatery, Aahaar in 2017. Aahaar serves multi-regional Indian food, with a focus on the cuisine from Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Chef Ajay is a menu dreamer and not a cookbook reader. He brings his knowledge of different cuisines, ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques to give you a phenomenal dish every time.
Bonus: In 2017, the couple expanded to Kirkland with Kathakali.
