Ali Ibrahim opened Afghan Cuisine without formal restaurant experience, but with a genuine desire to keep the food of Afghanistan, his homeland, alive and share it with others. Ali and his son Toby, who helps run the restaurant, want to help people understand more about Afghanistan, their food, their culture, and their history. Customers are drawn in by their incredible food and hospitality, with delicious cardamom-infused chai to top it off.
