Agave Cocina & Cantina – Redmond

Siblings Julian, Faviola, and Federico Ramos know their way around the restaurant business. In 2003, they opened their first restaurant in Redmond, the well-loved Las Margaritas. Almost a decade later, in 2011, they decided it was time to switch things up: they closed down Las Margaritas and opened Agave Cocina & Cantina in the same location, serving healthier and more environmentally conscious hand-crafted Mexican fare. They’ve since added a second location in Kent. 

Julian, Faviola, and Federico prepare their dishes without preservatives, using locally sourced, organic ingredients whenever possible. Favorites include their three-cheese chile rellenos and seafood enchiladas (vegetarians can choose to swap in meat-free substitutions). Wash down your meal with one of their specialty cocktails mixed with their premium, limited-production tequilas.
