Chef Ally Rael and her business partner Dahli Strayer opened Allyum in 2021 with a menu focused on vegan and gluten-free fare. Their mission is to deliver high-quality, sustainably and locally sourced food and beverages to everyone. Allyum is the perfect balance between healthy and comfort foods. The menu is primarily vegan, but Ally and Dahli don’t want to use processed meat substitutes and instead make almost everything in house. Grab a glass of wine and a dish of lentil “meatballs,” mushroom fried “chicken” and waffles, or a roasted cauliflower gumbo.
