Ever since moving to Washington, Reginald Robinson yearned for the mouth-watering, flavorful southern cooking from his home in New Orleans. In an effort to scratch his own itch and give the community a taste of his favorite foods, Altha’s Louisana Cajun Store & Deli was born. Not only does Altha’s serve up po’boys, fried shrimp, and catfish – it also doubles as a market that has more than 100 different seasonings and food items.

Fun fact: Frog legs, gator fillets, and crawfish are among the rare goods available at Altha’s!
