Owner Bon Long is a Cambodian home cook-turned-restauranteur at Angkor Wok in Seattle’s University District. He gives credit to his wife, who he claims is a better chef than he is, for helping him refine his cooking and encouraging him to open his restaurant. Along with traditional Khmer (Cambodian) dishes to preserve and share his heritage, Bon’s menu also includes Taiwanese street food and Asian fusion creations. His goal is comfort food that satisfies every eater.
