Chefs Danny Lee and Scott Drewno opened Anju in 2019 after success with their CHIKO restaurants. Anju serves eclectic Korean cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere, paying homage to both traditional and modern aspects of Korean culture and it has been a hit since it opened. CHIKO was named the number one best restaurant in D.C. by Washingtonian Magazine and has been featured in several national and local publications. 

It’s no surprise when you take a look at the menu. Chikin, which is fried chicken, spicy gochujang glaze, and white bbq drizzle, is a local favorite. Anju has plenty of vegetarian options as well with items like the Yache Mandu, which is an impossible meat dumpling with chili crunch.
