Archipelago captures the essence of husband-and-wife duo Aaron Verzosa and Amber Manuguid in their journey of feeling caught between their Filipino and American identities. The two have created dishes that reflect pre-colonial to present-day Filipino cuisine made with local Washington ingredients. The Archipelago pre fixe tasting menu is only available via prepaid reservation in order to minimize food waste.

I was lucky enough to dine here before COVID-19 and this place definitely exceeded my expectations. They embrace their filipino culture as well as the local ingredients we have here to make their dishes and it’s delicious. I love all the twist they put in the traditional filipino dishes.
Enjoyed the most memorable and special dining experience with my mom at Archipelago to celebrate Mother’s Day. Truly a one of a kind dining experience. The way they honor the people and the local ingredients that make up the delicious PNW meets filipino menu leaves your heart and belly full. The kindness of the owners (Aaron and Amber) and the entire team leave you feeling like you are part of something really special. Salamat!
