Archipelago captures the essence of husband-and-wife duo Aaron Verzosa and Amber Manuguid in their journey of feeling caught between their Filipino and American identities. The two have created dishes that reflect pre-colonial to present-day Filipino cuisine made with local Washington ingredients. The Archipelago pre fixe tasting menu is only available via prepaid reservation in order to minimize food waste.
