If vegan Korean-Cajun fusion sounds magical, it tastes even better! The Asian Cajun Vegan food truck is the brainchild of chef Andy Allen. The creative menu pays homage to Andy’s roots in Louisiana while infusing some of his family’s Korean flavors with dishes like chik’n and okra gumbo, BBQ pork noodles, black eyed-pea jambalaya, and more. An extra bonus? Asian Cajun Vegan also offers catering!
