For Chef Mark Davis Jr., barbecue is in his blood. Descended from a long line of cooks, Mark and his wife Marcia, opened a catering company called On A Plate Catering in 2012. The demand for Mark and Marcia’s high-quality BBQ eventually led them to open their restaurant, ATL Fusion BBQ. At this local joint, you can sample delicious, mouth-watering dishes like their Jack Daniel’s glaze barbecue ribs or their equally-popular pulled pork sandwiches.
