Kris and Andy Dinnison opened their cozy and charming cafe and gift shop, Atticus Coffee & Gifts, in Spokane in 2009. Named after the “To Kill a Mockingbird” character, Atticus Coffee & Gifts offers espresso drinks, loose leaf teas, pastries from local bakeries, and house-made, Parisian-style sandwiches and baguettes (including ham and gruyere as well as turkey, red pepper, and goat cheese). The brick-lined shop also proudly features a large selection of locally-made items, like home decor, soaps, shirts, cards, and more.
