In 2018, Husband and wife team (Vince Shi and Kathy Wang) left their corporate careers to open Atulea, their modern tea shop. Their specialty? Taiwanese cheese tea, iced tea topped with froth comprised of milk, cream cheese, whipped cream, a pinch of sea salt and sugar. The menu also includes a variety of matcha and milk tea options which reflect the “genuine and pure” meaning behind the business’s namesake.
