Chef and owner Ryuji Miyata is serving handmade udon and an amazing experience at his restaurant, Azuki. The quality and taste of the udon, as well as the other dishes at Azuki, are phenomenal and they always comes with amazing side dishes. Ryuji is from Kagawa prefecture, which is known for their udon noodles, and when he moved to Seattle he accumulated 20 years of experience in sushi restaurants before opening Azuki.

Fun-fact: The first two Japanese characters of Shoudo Island, which is where Ryuji was raised, can be read as Azuki.
