Ryan Granger opened Baba Yaga in 2024 to give Pioneer Square a rock and roll clubhouse, morning through late night. The downstairs holds around 200 for live shows while the upstairs bar serves coffee, cocktails, and Mexican-inspired cuisine. Granger, a working musician himself, built the venue with fair pay for artists in mind and a steady lineup of local and touring acts.
