Longtime fans of Baja Bistro were heartbroken when doors closed in the summer of 2020. However, three years later, the beloved restaurant reopened in a new space on Beacon Hill, serving delicious Baja California cuisine and recipes passed down to owner Oscar Castro from his mother and grandmother. Castro is committed to making his restaurant a safe environment for LGBTQ patrons, a place where they feel welcomed.

Stop by for breakfast and enjoy a plate of huevos rancheros or in the evening for fish tacos, enchiladas, and their specialty margaritas. Bonus: the restaurant plays host to drag shows and other special events— stop by their Instagram, @baja_bistro, to see what’s coming up!

Fun Fact: Oscar’s brother, Luis Rodriguez, owns The Station
