Bang Bar Thai Restaurant is a modern Thai-fusion bar and restaurant. Their beautiful handcrafted cocktails are only rivaled by their flavorful Thai recipes, and locals love the modern atmosphere. Owners Aom Tiacharoenwat and Kay Fuengarom moved from Thailand to Seattle in 1993, and before starting her own Thai restaurant, she helped with her family’s restaurant (one of the first in Seattle) in the Queen Anne neighborhood. From flavors to presentation, the menu offers a creative spin on traditional recipes. All of the curries and chili pastes are made in-house. And their pad thai? It’s still the fan favorite.
