BeanFish

In 2013, Brady Woo debuted BeanFish, America’s first Japanese taiyaki food truck. Today, BeanFish serves its signature fish-shaped waffles out of its storefront in the Chinatown-International District Uwajimaya food court. Each sweet or savory stuffed is made-to-order with homemade batter formed using cast iron waffle molds. Feeling traditional? Order Jiro – sweetened organic azuki bean.
