Following volunteer work at a local community market, Alexandra Curatolo took a special interest in locally-sourced food that eventually led her to graduate studies in food systems. In 2013, she opened Belli, an organic juice bar and market in the Pilsen neighborhood. From juice, to soup, to salad, the menu is all comprised of fresh, organic, and nutritious ingredients.
Fun fact: Belli’s is named after Alexandra’s French Bulldog, Belli.
