Since 2020, husband and wife team Brooke and Tomas Perez opened Bells Cookie Co. in 2020 doing pop-ups around town, delivery in Seattle, and 2 day shipping to the rest of the U.S. In June 2021 they opened a Bells Cookie Co. store front in Greenlake. Brooke and Tomas’ goal is to provide their customers with joy and smiles in every bite. These are some of my favorite cookies in town! My absolute favorite is the peanut butter oat cookie, but I haven’t had a bad cookie yet! They have a lot of fun flavors, like the Colombian Corn and S’Mores. Their new store is so cute and also serves soft serve (a rarity in Seattle). A must do for your sweet treat cravings!
Bell’s cookies are delicious and made with love! We enjoyed all the different flavors offered but a Chocolate Chunk with Maldon Salt is definitely a favorite. Their new store is adorable and a visit is a must!
