Mison Kang opened Bellwether BBQ&Grill in Chinatown-International District in August 2023 as an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ destination, sharing a building with Mongolian hot pot favorite Happy Lamb. The menu spans bulgogi, garlic beef, pork belly, spicy pork collar, shrimp, fish, lamb, ribeye, squid, and a side bar with banchan and small plates, plus ice cream to close out the meal.
