Pit Master Benji Stalling’s company is best known for its smoky, Georgia-style barbecue. Benji started smoking meat when he was just 7 years old, but has been serving his brand of “crazy delicious Bar-B-Que” in Salt Lake City since 2012 after deciding to leave his corporate bank job and cook full time.

Benji’s Bar-B-Que Shack’s meat-heavy catering menu includes ribs, brisket, pulled pork, grilled Cajun chicken, and smoked lamb. Benji also offers an array of side dishes served in batches of four or eight pounds, including Dirty Rice and black-eyed peas.
