For years, Best Wok Restaurant has been a go-to spot for Bellevue locals to get their fix of fried rice, hot and sour soup, and kung pao chicken. Owners Hauming Tam and Hung Wai Cheng haven’t changed much about the restaurant since it opened in the 1980s, and it sustains its popularity for consistently excellent food and service. While the familiar Chinese comfort foods get folks in the door, they come back for some of the more “old school” dishes like their shrimp toast — a must try.
