Big Max Burger’s philosophy is that classic fast foods can be made with love and quality. In 2021, Jennifer and Maximillian Petty opened Big Max Burger in order to create a fast-food joint with quality ingredients, good people, and booze. They take all-American classic meals and combine them with a fine-dining chef and locally sourced 4 oz beef and bacon patties. Self-order kiosks, Coke machines in the cocktail bar, and to-go orders help round out this fast casual dining experience.
Bonus: Bix Max Burger’s also has a delicious veggie burger made of celery root cured and shaved like pastrami.
