Bill and Colleen Stevens were regulars at Bill’s Off Broadway for years before purchasing the sports bar. Together they preserved Bill’s friendly, welcoming atmosphere and delicious pizza offerings. Following Bill’s passing in 2016, Colleen continues to helm this neighborhood staple.
