Look no further than Birrieria La Santa Tacos & More, a friendly taqueria located a short drive from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Owners Karina Cisneros and Maria Maravilla launched the spot in 2021, offering delicious burritos, tortas, crunch wraps, and of course, tacos made with recipes inherited from their grandparents.
Prepare to have your mind blown: they serve birria ramen, a one-of-a-kind fusion dish made with rich and savory consomé broth, tender noodles, birria meat, cilantro, onion, and lime. Yum!
