With decades of experience in Seattle’s finest restaurants, culinary schools, and traveling around the world, John Sundstrom and JM Enos opened Lark in 2003, which they moved to its current location in 2014. Located above Lark, Bitter/Raw is a raw bar, serving up shellfish, charcuterie, crudo, and plenty of bitters-inclusive cocktails.
