Noppassorn Numdee unknowingly started her business during the pandemic, when she would make food for community members in need. Once public spaces started to re-open, with the support of her community behind her, she started operating as a pop-up serving Thai and Thai-fusion deliciousness. And in late 2023, Noppassorn signed a lease to her first brick-and-mortar in Lakewood.
