Blue Box Bakery
Pastry chef Christina Kim Mathis founded Blue Box Bakery as a pet project in 2015. Fresh out of culinary school and bogged down with student loan debt, she was inspired her to fill blue boxes with handmade fleur de sel caramels to gift loved ones at Christmas. A tradition was born and soon friends and family started asking how to purchase them.
Today, Christina specializes in custom cakes, cookies, and confections. She designs each cake to create a unique piece of art personalized for each client. Her blue boxes are always a hit at weddings or as gifts.
