With the success of their first two restaurants, Spice Waala and Kanak, Amardeep Singh and his family opened Bombay Burger in Capitol Hill in 2021.

Compared to the more traditional Indian cuisine served at the Singh family’s other Seattle spaces, Bombay Burger expertly blends American dishes with Indian flavors. Take the Bombay Paneer burger: a seemingly traditional burger whose bun actually contains a pan-grilled paneer cheese patty with house-made herb dressing. On the starter menu, you’ll also find an assortment of classic diner apps like onion rings and mozzarella sticks right alongside classic Indian favorites, including samosa chaat (veggie-filled pastry with garbanzo beans, onion yogurt, and chutney) and vada pav (fried potato patty on with chutney).
