Deep down, we’re probably all a bit bread-obsessed, but Celine Underwood has always been especially captivated. From baking her first challah bread to learning her way around a brick oven, and then eventually apprenticing in France, Celine was destined to share her talents. She opened her bakery, Brickmaiden Breads in 2019, and not only are the breads delicious, they’re made sustainably with as little waste as possible. Brickmaiden Breads is also committed to providing a living wage, supporting local businesses and non-profits, and donating all leftover breads.
