Established in Whistler, BC in 2014 by Priyanka Lewis, Brickworks is a locally-owned and locally-loved gastro pub that prides itself on supporting other locally-owned businesses. The menu offers locally-sourced produce and boutique meats from across British Columbia, from farms to breweries, wineries, and distilleries.
Fun Fact: Priyanka is also the owner of nearby Main Street Noodles.
