In 2016, Ashley Trout founded Brook & Bull Cellars in Washington’s stunning Walla Walla Valley. Named after the East Coast’s brook trout and the West Coast’s bull trout, Brook & Bull Cellars is Ashley Trout’s latest venture arising from her life-long wine-making passion. She puts to use over 20 years of knowledge from her work in Mendoza, Argentina, and previous wineries to create an assortment of crisp wines presenting Washington State’s terroir.
