Owned by Susan Walukiewicz, Brugge Chocolates is a European-style chocolate shop. Inspired by her first childhood job at a chocolate store, Susan retired from Microsoft and studied at the Barry Callebaut Chicago Chocolate Academy before opening Brugge Chocolates in 2010, crafting luxurious truffles and chocolate candies.
