C. Davis’s love for BBQ likely came from his great-grandmother, who had a smoker in her backyard. Bedridden, she helped teach him by divulging her secrets to developing rich, smoky flavors. Later on in life while watching Pitmasters, a buddy dared him he couldn’t perfect the art of smoked meats. He purchased a $6,000 smoker from Texas, honed his craft, and in 3 months he was selling out in Georgetown with his smoked brisket, pulled pork, sausage links, and waffle fries.
Find out where the truck will be next by following the C. Davis Texas BBQ Facebook page, or cater your next event with delicious BBQ.
Fun fact: C. Davis Texas BBQ fans include former Seahawks player K.J. Wright!
