At Café Bourbon St. you can experience authentic New Orleans food made by a New Orleans family. Owners Maurice Amos and Jonessa Brown were born and raised in The Big Easy and met while attending college in Florida. They opened their food truck in 2017 with carefully crafted and inventive recipes using ingredients Jonessa makes from scratch — Jambalaya egg rolls, fried chicken and beignets (their take on Atlanta’s classic chicken and waffles), and their perfectly fried Bourbon St. shrimp basket.
