Cafe Campagne has been serving up belly-warming French comfort food for over two decades. After graduating from culinary school, Daisley Gordon landed a job at Cafe Campagne in 1995 as a line cook and has since become the bistro’s executive chef and owner. Gordon focuses on celebrating the Pacific Northwest’s seasonal ingredients in classic Parisian style.
