On the streets of Vietnam, fried egg, or “opla,” is a traditional breakfast dish served with grilled pork, pate, ham, and traditional vegetables. Owned by Tammie Huynh, Linda Le, and Anhthu Nguyen, Cafe Opla serves up traditional oplas and oplas inspired by the blend of cultures in the Seattle area.
