Thirty years ago, Ambrose Campbell moved to the U.S. from Jamaica, bringing with him the delicious recipes and flavors of the Caribbean. After being stationed at the Naval Weapons Station in the early 1990s, Ambrose decided to set down roots in South Carolina and create Caribbean Delight. Caribbean Delight pays homage to traditional Jamaican food — you’ll find ackee and codfish, fried escovitch fish whole, coco bread, and genuinely spicy Jamaican hot sauce, and green glass bottles of Ting sold at amazing prices.
