Carson Creek Estate

Seth and Cecelia Carson opened Carson Creek Estate in 2019 to give couples a place to celebrate that felt nothing like a ballroom or a banquet hall. Situated on 20 rural acres near Lake Samish, the property features meadows, a creek, forest trails, and views of Lookout Mountain. Their 7,000-square-foot barn includes a nearly 3,000-square-foot ballroom with five glass roll-up doors, a bridal suite, a groom’s suite, and five overnight lodging suites. The venue holds up to 300 guests and comes stocked with farm tables, chairs, decor, and wine barrels, so couples aren’t starting from scratch. Outside catering and alcohol are welcome with a licensed bartender, and packages start at $2,495.
