Iris Stokes opened up Cartwheel Vintage and Consign in 2022 to provide a fun, sustainable, and inclusive shopping experience for the White Center neighborhood. Through the consignment model, Cartwheel allows community members to sell items they no longer want or need, and benefit financially. They also host a community rack of clothing that is always free for everyone.
