Adair Gearhart opened Catalyst Cafe in 2022 to create a sober, family-friendly space for LGBTQ+ people, local minority groups, their allies, and friends. Adair hopes to facilitate meaningful change through their business by showcasing local art, ethically sourcing ingredients, hiring those with barriers to employment, and more.
