Ceviche Seattle & Cantina is a seafood lover’s heaven! Iram Martinez and Felix Montes de Oca Flores opened the South Park restaurant in 2022, offering fresh ceviche, tasty cocktails, and friendly service in a casual, welcoming setting. As their name suggests, the shrimp or fish ceviche is a definite menu stand-out: it comes perfectly seasoned with plenty of lime and high-quality, super-fresh seafood.

Wash your meal down with a refreshing margarita or michelada, a spicy Mexican beer cocktail topped with fresh-squeeze lime juice and a dash of hot sauce.
