Chace’s Pancake Corral

Chace’s Pancake Corral, owned by Jane Zakskorn, has been kept in the family since 1958, named after Jane’s father and the man who started it all: Bill Chace. Jane’s restaurant is the place to find fluffy flapjacks, superb scrambles, perfectly crispy bacon, and much more for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. She has been working at Chace’s Pancake Corral since she was a kid, and still uses the menu her dad created with few changes (including using the same pancake recipe).
