What started in 1997 has grown to a thriving online store and Seattle storefront, but moreover, it has grown into a community. Cooking classes and other culinary events keep the space bustling with passionate foodies. The shelves at Chef Shop are stocked with local produce, fragrant spices, and more — with a focus on sustaining culinary histories and sustaining the earth.
