Chilango PDX is dedicated to celebrating Mexican heritage by researching and developing vegan renditions of the textures and flavors ingrained in the owner Vanessa Arochi’s upbringing in Mexico City. Located in Portland, Oregon, the food truck turned restaurant serves plant-based tacos, esquites, quesadillas, and Pan Dulce. 

Chilango PDX believes that positive change starts with environmental consciousness and the promotion of ethical and sustainable practices. Their plant-based menu and a strong commitment to providing a living wage foster an environment of equality and support, nurturing the livelihoods of their valued collaborators and customers.
