Suratda Yokoo, who runs the Oh My Crepe cart in Beaverton, opened Churn Cafe and Crêperie in Portland, Oregon in 2023. The cafe serves up delicious sweet and savory crepes made from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, as well as a range of espresso drinks, teas, and other treats that include Asian inspired flavors like the “Matcha Anko” and “Okonomiyaki” crepes. Other popular crepe options include the “Eggs Benny” with poached eggs, bacon, and hollandaise sauce, the “Green Machine” with spinach, feta, and pesto, and the “Choco-Nana” with chocolate sauce and banana.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with rustic decor and friendly staff. Churn is a great spot for brunch, lunch, and coffee dates with friends or a solo work session.
