Churros Locos founders Daniel Huerta and Isabel Sanchez were born in the U.S., but spent their childhood in Mexico, where their love for churros flourished. They decided to bring the cinnamon and sugar confection to Portland, OR, and created Churros Locos, a traveling food truck available for events and catering. These sweet pastries are available for weddings, company parties, birthdays, school events in the Portland area and beyond.
